Elmo - he's a cute little red monster on the hit children's show Sesame Street. And he act's like a 4-year-old. Which, as far as little children go, is okay.
But chew on this for a while: Elmo debuted in 1985... which means if he was four at the time, he's got to be about 24 years old now.
Granted, he's done pretty well for himself considering he's got his own place (according to the Elmo's World segments) and has enough money to be able to afford a decent computer... but I just don't see how a 24-year-old still talks of himself in the third person in very simple terms (Dwayne Johnson's "The Rock" character not withstanding... if you smell what he's cookin'?!).
